We understand wanting to know what's going to happen to your device when we repair it; That's why we made this page!
Here you can get answers to any questions you might have. If you can't find your question, email support and we'll help you resolve your query.

How does the repair process work?

When you submit a request to our form on the home page, we'll email you to get additional information and confirm the needed parts. Then we order in the parts and arrange a pickup at a time convenient to you. Then comes the actual repair, which we take care of! Finally, we'll email to confirm a dropoff time/location and send the invoice.

How long do I have to pay my invoice after the repair?

By default, we send invoices after dropoff with you and you have 30 days to pay. If this doesn't work for you for whatever reason, we're happy to work something out if you email support before the 30 day deadline.

What devices can you repair?

We most frequently repair phones and tablets but we're prepared to repair any 'smart' device from radios to desktop computers!

What information should I provide when submitting a repair?

To allow us to repair your device as quickly as possible, you should provide, as a minimum, the model number (Often found on the bottom or back of the device), device type (e.g. Laptop) and details of the issue(s) with the device. This isn't an exhaustive list and any extra information is always helpful!
